Traveling by land to any European countryside is really a delightful treat to the eyes. Along the way you will see a lot of breathtaking views that you can’t ignore. As a lover of beautiful sceneries it is something I always look forward to every trip we’re on.
One of the places we have visited during our recent trip in Germany is the Neuschwanstein Castle. The castle is located in Schwangau, Bavaria. From Munich, the place is approximately a 2-hours drive. Speaking of castle, I’m sure what you have in mind is a fairy tale like setting as we normally see in the movies. Am I right? Likewise I’m having the same thoughts too. Yes you got it correctly, such place literally exist and can be found in Bavaria.
This post isn’t about Neuschwanstein Castle yet, but the fairy tale sights you’ll see along the way before the appearance of the majestic castle itself.
So if you’re interested to see the stunning views of the Bavarian alps, greeneries, rollings hills and lakes… keep scrolling.
… And here are the castles… Schloss Hohenschwangau and Schloss Neuschwanstein.
Nature lover or not, I’m sure you will admire the beautiful and natural landscapes of Bavaria. I hope these photos will inspire you to visit this fairy tale town.
Please stay tune for my Neuschwanstein Castle article. Until my next post! 🙂
