I’ve been wanting to try Moroccan food ever since, however it’s not easy to find a restaurant that serves authentic Moroccan food particularly in our place. Recipe: Past Arrabiatta

Pasta lovers, have you tried Pasta Arrabbiata? I have a funny story to share about Pasta Arrabbiata. The first time I tasted it was at the reception of my friend’s wedding in Radisson Blu Hotel Yanbu, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The bang of flavors which exploded in my mouth and its tangy kick made me curious about this particular dish. I actually loved it!

Since it was called Arrabbiata, all the while I literally thought that it was a pasta recipe concocted by the Arabs to match with their own taste. Knowing the fact that Arab people loves spices, it’s something not to be surprised of. Sooner I find out that Pasta Arrabbiata is actually an Italian pasta dish. Hahaha my hunch was wrong!“Arrabbiata” is an Italian word which literally means “angry” and the name of the sauce is due to the heat of chili peppers.

Recipe: Peach Creamy Delight

Who wants a cheesy and creamy dessert?

Made this delightful dessert last weekend and it was a hit. Friends loved it! This recipe was my adaptation of Mango-float recipe which graham crackers, condensed milk and cream are the main ingredients. In the Philippines especially in my hometown Cebu, mango-float is very well-known dessert since mangoes are abundant. Unfortunately here in Saudi Arabia mangoes are quite scarce or if there’s available in the market it’s not the kind of mangoes I want. Replacing mangoes to peaches is a perfect alternative. Actually this recipe is versatile and very easy to make. You can use different kinds of fruits that will perfectly compliment the creamy and cheesy flavor of this dessert.
